Refund and Cancellation

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as :

1. 1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
   2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
   3. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.
   4. Returns would be accepted with 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.
   5. Refund would be processed in 2 to 5 working days.
   6. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination:
      Standard Shipping :Typically takes 2 to 8 days and cheaper than express shipping.
      Express Shipping: Usually takes 1 to 3 days and is more expensive than standard shipping.
   7. Shipping return would be processed in 2 to 5 working days.
